Fees
Agreed up front, in writing, before any work starts.
We quote our fee on your first call, once we understand what you actually need. You will know the number, and what it covers, before we approach a single dealer.
We do not take commission, kickbacks or referral fees from dealerships, and our fee is never made conditional on you buying a car. Tying our pay to a sale would give us exactly the incentive we set this business up to avoid.
