The process
How it works
No dealer has your phone number until you have seen a price and said yes to it. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
Or no idea at all
Tell us what you want
Book a call and talk it through with us. Bring a specific model and build if you have one in mind. If you only know the budget, the seats you need and the driving you do, that is a perfectly good starting point too.
Nationwide, not just local
We source quotes from dealers across Australia
We approach dealerships on your behalf and gather real, comparable quotes. Because we work nationwide, we are not limited to whoever happens to be near you, and the dealers know they are being compared.
No sales calls
We negotiate - you never talk to a salesperson
We handle the back-and-forth: the price, the on-road costs, the add-ons you did not ask for. Your details are not handed to a sales floor, so your phone stays quiet.
Your call, always
You review and approve the final quote
We bring you the numbers in plain language, including what is actually included and what is not. Nothing moves forward until you say so, and you are free to say no.
Just collect the keys
Only then do you deal with the dealership
Once you have approved the deal, you are introduced to the dealer to complete the paperwork and collect your car. By then the price is already settled.
What this feels like
The quiet phone is the point.
You become a lead
You enquire at three dealerships. Your number goes into three CRMs. You spend the next fortnight fielding calls from people whose job is to close you, comparing quotes that are deliberately hard to compare.
You get a number
We do that legwork, and your details stay with us. You get one clear comparison, written down, with the fees itemised, and the only dealer you meet is the one you chose, at the price you already agreed.
Timing
How long does it take?
It depends on what you are after. A common, in-stock model can move quickly. A specific build, colour or option pack takes as long as it takes to find one worth buying. We would rather wait than talk you into something close enough.
We will give you a realistic timeframe on your first 60-minute call, before you commit to anything.
